These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, the purchase of our products, and your rights as a customer of Kidel Australia. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

  • Kidel is an online-only store based in Australia, shipping orders via Australia Post.

  • All products are designed and manufactured in Chile and shipped directly from Australia.

  • Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.


2. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • We accept payments through major credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways provided on our website.

  • Kidel reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.


3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days, and express delivery 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (public holidays, postal delays).


4. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Change of Mind / Exchanges:

    • Items can be exchanged for another size or colour within 30 days of receipt, subject to availability.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds are available for returns requested within 30 days of receipt.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

    • Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost.

  • Final Sale Items:

    • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” may not be eligible for change of mind returns or exchanges unless faulty.

  • We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.

  • Sizes are approximate and provided as a guide only.

  • Kidel is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
